Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping and handling?

This varies depending on your location and the number of mats ordered, but S&H fees start at $10.95 if you are in the tri-state area (NJ, NY, CT).  We normally ship USPS Priority (which comes tracked and insured).

How big are your mats and how much do they weigh?

Our mats only come in one size.  The thick, rubber base measures 12"x12"; completed mat with fleece is closer to 15"x15" and weighs about 2 lbs, 12 oz. For more information about the materials used, be sure to visit the "SnuffleMutt Difference" page, here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We invoice via PayPal.  If you don't have an account, you can easily checkout as a guest and pay with a credit or debit card.

Do you offer coupon codes?

Yes, but only to repeat customers, dog trainers who hold certain certifications, or those working in a dog related field (i.e. vets, groomers, dog walkers, pet sitters, etc.).  Proof is required.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Not at this time.
